Custom built fly rods made by William "Billy" Hickey of the WJude Fly Rod Company are available through Wiley's Flies. Rods are built on either S2 Fiberglass or High Modulas Graphite Blanks that are exclusive to the custom builder. If there is that one special rod that you would love to own, but have never been able to find, we can build it for you. I have been in the industry for a long time and cast nearly every rod out there at one time or another and Bills' custom work has become as good as anyone out there, especially the fiberglass rods. Billy is also one of our guides at Wiley's Flies and guides for us in the northern Adirondacks as well as the Deerfield, Battenkill and Farmington.
