We offer scenic boat tours on the Saranac Lake chain from May 15th until October 15th. You will enjoy your day on our 22' very well maintaned pontoon boat that can host up to 10 people. If you look at what it costs to rent a pontoon boat, it will actually in most cases cost you less to hire us to take you out for the day. We offer 2 hr. tours on off peak months in May and from mid September until we pull the boat off the lake sometime around mid October. We also have 4,6 and 8 hour tours the rest of the season. You won't have to worry about getting the boat back to the dock on time, running into anything and paying for damages or filling it up with gas, we take care of all of that so you can sit back and relax and enjoy your day with friends and family. We also offer fishing versions of these tours and you can check out our guide page for more information on those trips. We reccomend that you are prepared for the weather conditions of the day but we do have emergency rain gear and all life jackets on board. We also provide snacks and drinks included in our rates. Passengers may bring there own drinks and food as well, please let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to have enough space in our coolers to accomodate your needs. The tours run up the Saranac Lake chain leaving from the public boat launch on Lake Flower in Saranac Lake and vary in length and location from entering Oseetah, Kiwassa, Lower and Middle Saranac Lake. Obviously we are able to explore more bodies of water and take you to more places on longer tours. Our most popular tour is the 4 hour version but many guests want to head all the way into Middle to take advantage of the beautiful natural sand beaches and stop for lunch or dinner which is best experienced on a 6 or 8 hour tour. Our ultimate goal is that you are able to relax and experience the Adirondacks the way it was meant to be seen, from the water. The fall foliage is spectacular but the scenery is amazing all year, we will share with you stories of the creation of the lakes, the surrounding mountain ranges, the logging industry of the past and details about the local camps on the waterways. These are very popular in July and August so book early, oftentimes we run morning and evening trips depending on the length of the first trip but can be reserved for any start time.
